Activity List
Activities begin at 10 AM. Women and children of any age are welcome—even dads! All activities are at least partially outdoors, so be prepared for any weather. Bring your own lunch, drinks, sunscreen, camera, etc. Cost is free unless noted.
JUNE
June 6th – Seneca Park Zoo
2222 Saint Paul St., Rochester
Polar bears, seals, tigers, birds, elephants, and more! Picnic area, playground, restaurant on-site Cost: $9 per adult, $6 per youth (age 3-11), 2 and under are free. 20% Discount for group of 10 or more.
June 13th - Gro-Moore Farms
Rush, NY on rte 251 between West Henrietta Rd. and E. River Rd.
Come pick your own strawberries!
June 20th - - Pineway Ponds Park/Sprayground

Two splash pads, large playground, climbing wall, skate board park, a pond, and restrooms

Playgrounds and fields. Trail for walking and biking.

AUGUST
August 1st - Veterans Memorial Park

Playground, fields, and picnic area.
August 8th - Springdale Farm
700 Colby Street, Spencerport
Nature trails, duck pond, farm animals, gardens, dairy barn, playground and pavilion. Cost: Free admission to farm. Dairy barn tours are $3 for Adults (ages 12-62), $2 for youth (ages 3-11), children ages 2 and under free.

U-pick peaches, nectarines and raspberries. Trees are low so kids can reach.
August 29th – Powder Mils Park and Fish Hatchery

Feed the fish--you will need quarters. Trails for hiking from 0.4 to 0.8 miles.
